(a)Each institution of higher education shall annually prepare a uniform campus crime and safety incident report concerning crimes committed and accidents occurring in the immediately preceding calendar year within the geographical limits of the property owned or under the control of such institution. The portions of such report concerning criminal offenses shall be in accordance with the uniform crime reporting system pursuant to section 29-1c, provided such report is limited to those offenses included in part I of the most recently published edition of the Uniform Crime Reports for the United States as authorized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Department of Justice, sexual assault under section 53a-70b of the general statutes, revision of 1958, revised to J
