Legislative History
(P.A. 87-458, S. 12, 18; P.A. 90-325, S. 18, 32.) History: P.A. 90-325 deleted the reference to repealed Sec. 10a-108a, concerning the approval of travel requests of certain faculty and professional employees of The University of Connecticut and The University of Connecticut Health Center, and substituted a reference to “section 12 of public act 90-252” (Revisor's note: Because there is no such section 12 and the reference should have been to “section 6 of public act 90-201” which was codified as Sec. 10a-151c , the correction was made editorially by the Revisors to reflect known legislative intent).
