The Office of Higher Education shall adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

History: P.A. 93-294 made a change necessitated by the transfer of authority for the authorization of the schools from the department of education to the department of higher education, effective July 1, 1993; Sec. 10-14 l transferred to Sec. 10a-22x in 1995; P.A. 11-48 replaced “Board of Governors of Higher Education” with “State Board of Education”, effective July 1, 2011; P.A. 12-156 replaced “State Board of Education” with “Office of Higher Education”, effective June 15, 2012.
