Wherever the word “president” is used to denote the president of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities in any public act of the 2024 session, the word “chancellor” shall be substituted in lieu thereof. The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying any public act of the 2024 session, make such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
