§ 10a-1h — Higher Education Financial Sustainability Advisory Board. Membership. Duties.

Connecticut·Title 10a State System of Higher Education·Ch. 185 Administration of State System
(a)There is established a Higher Education Financial Sustainability Advisory Board, which shall be part of the Legislative Department.
(b)The board shall consist of the following members:
(1)The chairpersons and ranking members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies;
(2)The members of the higher education subcommittee of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies;
(3)The chairpersons and ranking members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and employment advancement; and (4) The Secretary of the Office of
