Text
(a)For purposes of this section, “administrator” means a full-time employee who is, as of November first in the year preceding the year in which the report required under subsection (d) of this section is due, in a position on the payroll that qualifies as a management occupation classification in accordance with the standard occupational classification system of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor.
(b)Not later than January 1, 2014, and biennially thereafter, the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall compare (1) the salaries of the administrators at each public institution of higher education within the Connecticut State University System and the regional-community technical college system with the salaries of administrators with similar respons
