Text
The Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut is authorized to operate and control McCook Hospital in accordance with terms of an agreement to be made between the university and the city of Hartford. As used in this section and section 5-268d, McCook Hospital includes the following:
(a)McCook Hospital building, (b) Jones Home Infirmary, (c) Jones Home psychiatric in and outpatient facilities, (d) staff house, (e) laundry, (f) outpatient building, (g) space for outpatient facilities to be constructed in the Burgdorf Health Center.
