(a)Not later than October 1, 1995, and semiannually thereafter, the university shall report to the Governor and the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the Department of Education, to finance, revenue and bonding, and to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies on the status and progress of UConn 2000. Each report shall include, but not be limited to:
(1)Information on the number of projects and securities authorized, approved and issued hereunder including, relative to such projects, project costs, timeliness of completion and any problems which have developed in implementation, and a schedule of projects remaining and their expected costs;
(2)the amount of revenue available from all sources for such remaining projects and
