The Connecticut Institute for Primary Care Innovation is a collaborative enterprise between The University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center that will focus on research and training relevant to primary care and will not engage in or manage the delivery of health care services. The institute shall, at all times, operate in accordance with the requirements and policies of The University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the requirements of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. The University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center shall enter into an affiliation agreement that shall provide that the institute shall not be constrained by
