§ 10a-109cc — Construction assurance office.

Not later than August 1, 2006, the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut shall establish the construction assurance office. Positions in the office shall be paid positions. The office shall be led by a director who shall be responsible for reviews of construction performance of UConn 2000, as defined in subdivision (25) of section 10a-109c, and shall report at least quarterly to the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut, or a committee of the board, and to the president of The University of Connecticut.
