Connecticut·Title 1 Provisions of General Application·Ch. 15c Connecticut Uniform Power of Attorney Act and Connecticut Uniform Recognition of Substitute Decision-Making Documents Act
The provisions of sections 1-350 to 1-353b, inclusive, do not supersede any other law applicable to financial institutions or other entities, and the other law controls if inconsistent with the provisions of sections 1-350 to 1-353b, inclusive.
