§ 1-333 — Designation of official record by official publisher.

Connecticut·Title 1 Provisions of General Application·Ch. 15b Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act
(a)If an official publisher publishes legal material only in an electronic record, the publisher shall:
(1)Designate the electronic record as the official record; and (2) comply with sections 1-334, 1-336 and 1-337.
(b)An official publisher that publishes legal material in an electronic record and also publishes the material in a record other than an electronic record may designate the electronic record as the official record if the publisher complies with sections 1-334 , 1-336 and 1-337 .
