Text

(1)For the purpose of regulating the cultivation, manufacturing, testing, storage, distribution, transport, transfer, and dispensation of regulated natural medicine or regulated natural medicine product, the state licensing authority in its discretion, upon application in the prescribed form, may issue and grant to the applicant a license from any of the classes listed in subsection (2) of this section, subject to the provisions and restrictions provided by this article 50 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this article 50.
(2)(a) The following are natural medicine business licenses:
(I)Natural medicine healing center license;
(II)Natural medicine cultivation facility license;
(III)Natural medicine product manufacturer license;
(IV)Natural medicine testing facility license;
