§ 44-10-106 — Marijuana employee labor rights
If the national labor relations
board or a court rules that marijuana or marijuana-related businesses are not
covered by the federal National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. sec. 151 et seq.,
then a marijuana business or marijuana-related business and its employees doing
business in Colorado are covered by the Labor Peace Act, part 1 of article 3 of
title 8, to the same extent that a business would be covered by the federal
National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. sec. 151 et seq., absent such a ruling.
