Text
(1)Special event permit fees are:
(a)Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit;
(b)Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor
permit.
(2)All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for
special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.
