§ 44-32-601 — Underage wagering
(1)No person under the age of eighteen
years shall purchase, redeem, or attempt to purchase or redeem any pari-mutuel
ticket.
(2)No person shall sell any pari-mutuel ticket to a person under the age of
eighteen years.
(3)Any person who violates this section commits a civil infraction.
