Text
(1)In connection
with the issuance of licenses or registrations, the commission shall establish
investigation and application fees, which fees shall be credited to the racing cash
fund created in section 44-32-205.
(2)The application form created by the commission shall include a waiver of
any right of confidentiality and a provision that allows the information contained in
the application to be accessible to law enforcement agents of this or any other
state or the government of the United States. The waiver of confidentiality shall
extend to any financial or personnel record, wherever maintained.
