Text
(1)It is
unlawful for any person to fail to permanently display in a conspicuous manner:
(a)Operator and premises licenses granted by the commission;
(b)A notice in bold-faced type that is clearly legible and in substantially the
following form:
IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE TO
ENGAGE IN LIMITED GAMING.
(2)Any person violating this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and
shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
