Text

(1)It is unlawful for any person at a licensed gaming establishment to use, or possess with the intent to use, any device to assist:
(a)In projecting the outcome of the game;
(b)In keeping track of the cards played;
(c)In analyzing the probability of the occurrence of an event relating to the game; or
(d)In analyzing the strategy for playing or betting to be used in the game, except as permitted by the commission.
(2)Any person issued a license pursuant to this article 30 violating any provision of this section commits a class 6 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, and any other person violating any provision of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
