Text

(1)It is unlawful for any person, whether he or she is an owner or employee of, or a player in, an establishment, to cheat at any limited gaming activity.
(2)Repealed.
(3)Any person issued a license pursuant to this article 30 violating any provision of this section commits a class 6 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, and any other person violating any provision of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
