Text
It is unlawful
for a person to exchange or redeem chips for anything whatsoever, except
currency, negotiable personal checks, negotiable counter checks, or other chips. A
licensee shall, upon the request of a person, redeem the licensee's gaming chips
surrendered by that person pursuant to rules established by the commission.
