Text
(1)It is unlawful for any licensee to
willfully refuse to pay the winner of any limited gaming game, except as authorized
by section 44-33-105 (2)(b)(II).
(2)Any person violating any provision of this section commits a class 2
misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
