§ 44-30-525 — Commission hearings - testimony
In any hearing held by the
commission pursuant to this article 30, the commission may apply to the district
attorney having jurisdiction to prosecute the underlying criminal matter for orders
pursuant to section 13-90-118 to compel testimony.
