Text
Communications
among the commission, executive director, and the director relating to licensing,
disciplining of licensees, or violations by licensees are privileged and confidential if
made lawfully and in the course of or in furtherance of the business of the
commission, except pursuant to court order after an in-camera review. The
executive director, director, the commission, or any member of the commission may
claim this privilege.
