Text
(1)Subject to the power of the commission
to deny, revoke, or suspend licenses, any license in force shall be renewed by the
commission for the next succeeding license period upon proper application for
renewal and payment of license fees and taxes as required by law and the rules of
the commission. The license period for a renewed license shall be the same period
as the initial license period pursuant to section 44-30-501. In addition, the
commission shall reopen licensing hearings at any time at the request of the
director, the Colorado bureau of investigation, or any law enforcement authority.
The commission shall act upon any application prior to the date of expiration of the
current license.
