(1)All
premises where limited gaming is conducted shall be accessible to and functional
for persons with physical disabilities.
(2)An exception to the requirement of subsection (1) of this section may be
granted in cases where the local historical preservation commission determines
that compliance would result in degradation of the historical significance of the
building where limited gaming is conducted.
