By
signing and filing an application for a license, which is hereby made subject to the
perjury laws of this state, the applicant authorizes the commission to obtain
information from any source, public or private, in this or any other country,
regarding the background or conduct of the applicant and, if the applicant is a
partnership or corporation, any of its shareholders, officers, directors, partners,
agents, or employees.
