(1)Except as
otherwise provided in subsection (2) of this section, any person supplying goods,
equipment, devices, or services to any licensee in return for payment of a
percentage, or calculated upon a percentage, of limited gaming activity or income
must obtain an operator license or must be listed on the retailer's license where the
limited gaming will take place.
(2)A licensed slot machine manufacturer or distributor need not obtain an
operator's license or be listed on a retailer's license for purposes of establishing
and administering a fund associated with a multiple-property, linked, progressive
slot machine system as defined by the commission, so long as all of the following
conditions are met:
