Text

The division of gaming, for purposes of this article 30, shall have full authority to procure, at the expense of the division, any records furnished to or maintained by any law enforcement agency in the United States, including state and local law enforcement agencies in Colorado and other states for the purposes of carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to this article 30. Upon request from the Colorado bureau of investigation, the division shall provide copies of any and all information obtained pursuant to this article 30.
