§ 44-30-202 — Functions of division
(1)The functions of the division are to
license, implement, regulate, and supervise the conduct in this state of:
(a)Limited gaming as authorized by section 9 of article XVIII of the state
constitution; and
(b)Sports betting as authorized by part 15 of this article 30.
