§ 44-30-1404 — Officers - bylaws - rules
(1)The commission shall elect a
chairperson and any officers that it may require.
(2)The commission shall make and adopt bylaws governing its work.
(3)The commission may adopt rules for the administration and enforcement
of part 12 of this article 30 and this part 14.
