Text
As used in this part 14, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)City means a city that is not a certified local government as defined in
section 44-30-103 (7) and that receives money from the state historical fund for
historic preservation purposes.
(2)Commission means an independent restoration and preservation
commission created pursuant to section 44-30-1202 (5).
