Text

(1)The state licensing authority shall issue a public transportation system license to every person operating a public transportation system that sells alcohol beverages by the drink to be served and consumed in or upon any dining, club, or parlor car; plane; bus; or other conveyance of the public transportation system. A public transportation system license issued to a commercial airline authorizes the licensee to sell alcohol beverages by the drink in an airport or airport concourse private club room that is in existence and operated by the licensee on or before April 1, 1995. A public transportation system license issued to a common carrier railroad authorizes the licensee to sell alcohol beverages by the drink at any event not open to the public that is held in a museum owne
