Text
(1)The open and public,
as defined in section 18-18-102 (20.3), consumption of marijuana is prohibited.
(2)The governing body of a county, city, city and county, or municipality may
adopt an ordinance or resolution authorizing marijuana consumption locations or
circumstances that are exceptions to the prohibition described in subsection (1) of
this section if the locations are not accessible to the public or a substantial number
of the public without restriction, including but not limited to restrictions on the age
of the members of the public who are allowed access to such location.
(3)The prohibition in subsection (1) of this section does not apply to any
business licensed pursuant to this article 10 that permits consumption on its
premises if the business is operating withi
