Text
(1)The state licensing authority,
by rule, shall require a complete disclosure pursuant to section 44-10-309 in
connection with each license issued under this article 10.
(2)This section is intended to prohibit and prevent the control of the outlets
for the sale of regulated marijuana and regulated marijuana products by a person or
party other than the persons licensed pursuant to the provisions of this article 10.
