Text
The governor of Colorado shall
require the chief of the Colorado state patrol, the chief engineer of the department
of transportation, the commissioner of agriculture, the director of the division of
commerce and development, and the chair of the public utilities commission to
cooperate to the fullest extent possible to the end that port of entry weigh stations
established under authority of this article shall serve the broadest possible
functions.
