§ 42-7-603 — Definitions
As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Database means the motorist insurance identification database
described in section 42-7-604 (5).
(2)Department means the department of revenue.
(3)Designated agent means the party with which the department
contracts under section 42-7-604.
(4)(Deleted by amendment, L. 2000, p. 1649, � 43, effective June 1, 2000.)
(5)Program means the motorist insurance identification database program
created in section 42-7-604.
