Text
(1)Any person whose license has been
suspended as provided in this article 7 and has not been reinstated shall
immediately return such license held by such person to the director. Any person
willfully failing to comply with this requirement commits a class A traffic infraction.
(2)The director is authorized to take possession of any license upon the
suspension thereof under the provisions of this article or to direct any peace officer
to take possession thereof and to return the same to the office of the director.
