§ 42-7-420 — Failure of proof - other proof
Whenever any evidence of proof of
ability to respond in damages filed by any person under the provisions of this article
no longer fulfills the purpose for which required, the director, for the purpose of
this article, shall require other evidence of ability to respond in damages as
required by this article and shall suspend the license of such person pending such
proof.
