Text

(1)The suspension required in section 42-7-401 shall remain in effect and no new license shall be issued to such person unless and until such judgment is satisfied or vacated or execution therein stayed and proof of financial responsibility given, except under the conditions stated in this article.
(2)A discharge in bankruptcy following the rendering of any such judgment shall relieve the judgment debtor from any of the requirements of this article.
