§ 42-6-141 — Director's records to be public
Records in the director's office
pertaining to the title to a motor or off-highway vehicle are public records subject
to section 42-1-206. This includes records regarding ownership of and mortgages or
liens on a vehicle for which a Colorado certificate of title has been issued.
