Text
Within ninety days after
becoming a resident of Colorado, the owner of a motor vehicle shall apply for a
Colorado certificate of title, a license, and registration for the vehicle that is
registered, that is licensed, or for which a certificate of title is issued in another
state. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is subject to the
penalties provided in sections 42-6-139 and 43-4-804 (1)(d), C.R.S.
