§ 42-5-201 — Definitions

As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Bonded title vehicle means a vehicle the owner of which has posted a bond for title pursuant to the provisions of section 42-6-115.
(2)Commercial vehicle means any trailer as defined in section 42-1-102
(105), truck as defined in section 42-1-102 (108), or truck tractor as defined in section 42-1-102 (109).

(4)Homemade vehicle means a vehicle which is constructed by a manufacturer not licensed by the state of Colorado and which is not recognizable as a commercially manufactured vehicle.
(5)Inspector means a duly constituted peace officer of a law enforcement agency or other individual who has been certified pursuant to section 42-5-20
