Text
(1)The driver of a vehicle shall
yield the right-of-way to any authorized vehicle or pedestrian engaged in work upon
a highway within any highway construction or maintenance work area indicated by
official traffic control devices.
(2)The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to any authorized
service vehicle engaged in work upon a highway whenever such vehicle displays
flashing lights meeting the requirements of section 42-4-214.
(3)Any person who violates any provision of this section commits a class A
traffic infraction.
