Text
(1)The
executive director shall have the authority to suspend or revoke the diesel
inspection license and unused certification of diesel emissions control forms held
by a licensed inspection station for the following reasons:
(a)The station is not equipped as required;
(b)The station is not operating from a location for which licensure was
granted;
(c)The licensed location has been altered so that it no longer qualifies as a
diesel inspection station;
(d)Diesel inspections are not being performed with applicable laws, rules, or
regulations of the commission or the executive director.
(2)The executive director shall also have authority to suspend or revoke the
license of a diesel emissions inspector and require surrender of such license when
the executive director determi
