Text

On and after July 1, 1992, the driver of a school vehicle as defined in section 42-1-102 (88.5) owned or operated by or for a school district in this state shall have successfully completed training concerning driving on mountainous terrain, as defined in section 42-4-1901 (3)(a), and driving in adverse weather conditions.
