Text
The foregoing provisions of
this article shall govern all police officers in making arrests without a warrant or
issuing citations for violations of this article, for offenses or infractions committed
in their presence, but the procedure prescribed in this article shall not otherwise be
exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a
person for an offense or infraction of like grade.
