§ 42-4-1611 — Tabulation and analysis of reports

Colorado·Title 42 Vehicles and·Art. Regulation of Vehicles and Traffic

The department shall
tabulate and may analyze all accident reports and shall publish annually or at more
frequent intervals statistical information based thereon as to the number and
circumstances of traffic accidents and in such a way that the information may be of
value to the department of transportation in eliminating roadway hazards. The
statistical information shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of section
24-1-136, C.R.S.
