§ 42-4-1504 — Clinging to other vehicles - penalty
A person riding upon a
motorcycle or autocycle shall not attach himself, herself, or the motorcycle or
autocycle to any other vehicle on a roadway. Any person who violates this section
commits a class A traffic infraction.
