§ 42-4-1404 — Crossing fire hose
No vehicle shall be driven over any
unprotected hose of a fire department used at any fire, alarm of fire, or practice
runs or laid down on any street, private driveway, or highway without the consent of
the fire department official in command. Any person who violates any provision of
this section commits a class B traffic infraction.
